Our Story

From a routine daily problem to an industry product.

Roomanos Labs took shape through the field observations of a team with many years of operational experience in the hospitality sector. Recommending restaurants to guests, sharing menus, tracking orders — this routine operational flow is, regardless of scale, one of the daily burdens of every hospitality business.

A conversation with our first pilot partner in the field changed our strategy. The message was clear: “Roomanos is great, but what we really need is an integration that pushes orders from Yemeksepeti, Trendyol and Getir to a courier.” An independent courier-firm owner confirmed the same diagnosis — and pointed at the missing link.

Our field observations laid out the daily operational nightmare faced by delivery restaurants. There was no end-to-end player solving it. From that day forward, Roomanos’s primary product became Dispatch. The hotel bridge, the table QR and our courier app are still in place — but they are now part of a much bigger picture.

The first product version was deployed to controlled field tests in hospitality venues. Guest feedback, operational duration and satisfaction scores were measured; the results validated the product's sector applicability.

Conversations with sector stakeholders revealed that the same operational problem applies to a broad range of businesses regardless of scale or location. Roomanos Labs positioned itself as an industry product at this point.

Today the company operates an integrated software portfolio of six products serving restaurants, courier firms and hospitality venues. Products are designed to interoperate on a shared infrastructure.
