Instant push notifications
When a guest sends a message or order, the phone receives a push within seconds. Urgent items chirp three times; messages once. Works even when the app is closed.
Smart message management
Guest messages auto-classify into five categories: Request, Complaint, Suggestion, Praise and Other. Grouped by Today, Yesterday, This Week and Archive.
Status tracking
Tap once to move a message through New → To handle → In progress → Done. Shift handovers stay clean; arriving staff see open items immediately.
Live feed
A single screen for real-time orders, guest requests and room service status. A horizontal tab layout puts every view a tap away.
Food order tracking
Partner-restaurant orders land with time and room data. The 30-day restaurant summary shows how many orders came from each restaurant and how much revenue they generated.
Per-room view
Each room gets one card: today’s activity on top, historical entries below. No more digging through files to recall what room 204 needed.
Review-link statistics
A header counter shows how many times the room QR redirected to your Google, Tripadvisor or Booking review page in the last 30 days. Organic review traffic, made transparent.
Secure staff access
Each hotel has its own username and a one-time password. Access is revoked with a single tap on staff change; only the hotel owner reaches guest data.
